How do I figure out my ring size?  

The best way to figure out your ring size is to go to your local jewelry store and have the sizing done professionally. If this is not feasible, you can use a printable PDF guide to help determine your size.  Please note, this is only a guide, therefore we cannot be responsible for incorrect ring size determination. Will I be getting the same stone as in the photo?

You likely will not receive the same exact stone as shown in the photo but something very similar. We have many different stones and we can’t possibly photograph them all, however we show many different examples of the variations in color, texture and inclusions so you can get an idea of the range. These are semi precious, natural stones so no two will ever be the same. This is simply part of each stone's unique, natural characteristics. Please keep this in mind upon placing your order! If there are specific characteristics you are looking for, please reach out with a description of what you are looking for and we can send you photos of what is available. Returns will not be granted due to dislike of the stone if pre selected, but you can exchange it for something else!

 

Why is my turquoise ring not the color ‘turquoise’?

Turquoise ranges significantly in color from shades of blue to green. No two will be the same and they are all unique in color and characteristics. They can be two toned, have lots of matrix inclusions, little or none at all. Remember, these are natural stones, and part of each stone's unique characteristics. PLEASE keep in mind that Turquoise is just the name of the stone. It has a reputation for being that tropical ocean blue color, but that is not always the case and again is just the name, not color. Turquoise can be light blue, teal, mint, forest green, light green and many variations of the colors. If there are specific characteristics you are looking for, please reach out and we can send you photos of what is available. Returns will not be granted due to dislike of the stone, but you can exchange it for something else.
