Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be in love with your purchase, however due to the nature of small business, we do not accept returns for a refund on jewelry, outside of damages or defects. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can make an exchange within 7 days of delivery! Shipping costs on exchanges will be at the customers expense.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please remember that although my jewelry is sturdy, it is still delicate and silver is a soft metal. As with any jewelry, things break from time to time. If you come across this issue, please reach out and send photos and we will resolve the issue as needed!

All products within these categories can be exchanged for another item or store credit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery to begin the exchange process. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Exchanges must be mailed within 7 days of delivery.
