Book a Private or Group Appointment
Whether you're coming solo or with a group, we’ve got you covered. Appointments range from 20 to 90 minutes depending on group size. There is a deposit per group size that will be deducted from your total at the time of service!

To ensure every guest has the best possible experience, all reservation tiers are designed for active participants.

When you select a reservation size, you’re reserving dedicated design time for that number of guests. Each person included in the booking should plan to create and purchase a charm piece during your appointment. Because we block this time specifically for your group, these reservations are not intended for social-only attendance.

If fewer guests plan to participate, we kindly ask that you select the reservation tier that reflects the number of participating guests. Additional friends are absolutely welcome to join and visit the store, we simply ask that the reservation count matches the number of guests actively participating.

If your headcount changes prior to your appointment, just let us know and we’ll happily adjust your reservation when possible.

• Groups of 8 or more: We can host your experience in-store or bring Chasing Indigo to you (limited availability for off-site events)
