Looking to plan a group event that actually feels like an experience? Chasing Indigo brings people together through creative, hands-on experiences that are relaxed, fun, and memorable. Whether you’re celebrating a bachelorette, team-building, or just gathering your crew, we make it easy to connect, create, and leave with something meaningful!

Private Jewelry Parties Include:

• 2 hours of private access to the full Chasing Indigo store
• Full access to our charm bar, permanent jewelry, and all original collections
• A dedicated stylist to design, weld, and assist your group
• Music and a relaxed, jewelry shopping experience 
• Complimentary wine or champagne and access to our seasonal cocktail menu (think Aperol Spritz, Cold Brew Tinis, and more!)
• Plus Light bites 

Booking Details:

Weekend Private Parties (Saturday–Sunday)
• $700 minimum group spend (applies toward all in-store purchases)
• 8 participating guests required
• Up to 12 guests total per 2 hour reservation 
• 2 hours of private access to the store

Midweek Private Parties (Wednesday–Friday)
• $550 minimum group spend (applies toward all in-store purchases)
• 8 participating guests required
• Up to 12 guests total per 2 hour reservation 
• 2 hours of private access to the store

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your final total on the day of your event.

Participation & Group Pricing

Private parties are structured around active participation in our charm bar or permanent jewelry experience. Participation also includes shopping our original collections outside of charm bar or permanent jewelry. 

A minimum of 8 guests must participate in order to host a private event. The group pricing and private party perks are extended based on this participation minimum — the guest count is not intended for social-only attendance.

The minimum spend is collective — there is no required spend per person. Some guests may spend more, some less; the total simply needs to meet the group minimum.

Because we close the store during business hours, and dedicate the full space and staff to your group, the private format is designed for primarily participating guests. If a significant portion of the group plans to attend without participating, we may recommend booking our non-private group reservation instead of a private event. Otherwise an hourly rental rate may apply. 

Small Private Party 

If your group has fewer than 8 guests but would still like a private experience, we offer a limited Small Private Party option:

• 6 participating guests required
• $500 minimum group spend
• 1.5 hours of private access
• Available Wednesday–Friday only

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your final total on the day of your event

Group Reservations - Non Private

If you’d like to visit with a group but do not need a fully private event, you’re welcome to book a regular charm bar or permanent jewelry reservation during store hours:

• Reservations available for groups up to 8 guests
• Store remains open to the public
• No minimum spend required
• Group discounts and private party perks do not apply
